The Chateau de Marsalin

Cooking classes in the Chateau de MarsalinThe kitchens of the Château de Marsalin welcome amateur chefs and food lovers who want to learn more about the Art of French cooking.

Armelle-Patricia Diard Von Nunhold has a diploma in French gastronomy from the Ritz in Paris.

In her workshops and classes, scheduled throughout the year, she shares her valuable savoir-faire in matters of cooking, making pastry, setting tables and matching the perfect wine to each dish.

 

Price: 60 euros for a three-hour class, workshops throughout the year.

Accommodation available onsite.

 

  

The Grand Monarque Hotel, Chartres

Whether you enjoy a hands-on cooking experience or simply wish to benefit from the know-how of two excellent chefs, Le Grand Monarque (Chartres’ most historic and elegant hotel) has something for you.

Half-day cooking classes (3-6 pm) allow you to experiment with original dishes. Classes are led by chefs Michel Ménier and Laurent Clément once a month on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

A great culinary and learning experience!
