Nestled in the greenery of a little valley in the Perche region, a magnificently-converted stable building. Privacy, half-timbered walls and terracotta tiles make for a cosy atmosphere.

A very calm place to relax, but also with activities nearby: the Dreux national forest, horse riding centre, golf, canoeing, the Royal Chapel of Dreux, Castle of Anet, Maintenon and also the Palace of Versailles!

A beautiful residence with character dating from the mid-19th century, with outbuildings and swimming pool in the middle of a large landscaped garden. Situated at the gateway to the Perche Regional Nature Park, opposite a private chƒteau.
