It is inside the walls of this 17th-century castle that interrogations took place of the 300 bandits in the "Chauffeurs d'Orgères" gang in 1798. The dovecote is home to the masks of those condemned to death.

Perched above the town, the wildlife park at Castle Nogent-le-Roi is home to sixty fallow deer. Enjoy the pleasant surroundings and admire the splendid antlers of these magnificent animals.

Linked to the kingdom of France, on the border between the Duchy of Normandy and Thimerais, this stronghold house protected the village of la Gadelière during the Hundred Years' War. The village also has some characteristic remains.
