Château de Senonches hosts a dozen photographic works by Frans Krajcberg (1921-2017) in partnership with Espace Krajcberg in Paris.

A great Brazilian artist of Polish origin, he was one of the pioneers in denouncing the dangers to the planet of deforestation in the Amazon. As early as the 1970s, at the Centre Pompidou in prefiguration, then in 1996 at the Grande Halle de la Villette, and finally in 2005 at Bagatelle, he used charred trees as a weapon of awareness to awaken sleeping consciences.
