Studio (46 m²) in an outbuilding (with 2 other adjoining studios), comprising on the ground floor: open kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. Lounge space with sofa bed (for 2 children), TV and Wi-Fi access. Bathroom/WC. First floor: mezzanine with 1 double bed (baby equipment on request). Shared enclosed garden (1000 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, communal heated, covered swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m, depth: 1.50 m), swing, trampoline, table tennis, boules pitch and indoor parking. Sheets provided (on arrival), cleaning package available. Animals not allowed (or exceptionally on request).
