This 85 m² house can accommodate 3 people and a baby and has an inner courtyard and a large garden to share with the owners. On the ground floor, an entrance with wardrobe, separate toilet, a living room-dining room-kitchen area. On the first floor, a landing leads to a bathroom (bath, shower, WC), a large bedroom with dressing room and an office which leads to a second bedroom with storage space. Coffee and tea at your disposal. The inner courtyard will allow you to park your car safely. An independent laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron is at your disposal. During the summer season, garden table and chairs are available as well as a play area for children. The garden is fully enclosed.
